Jenny is passionate about quality of care that is delivered to the client and believes that everyone should receive outstanding level of care, where ever they are (be it in care homes, nursing homes, domiciliary care, hospitals or hospices). An important aspect of this is the confidence and competence of the staff within that service and how they care and support the clients and interact, not only with the clients, but their relatives, other visitors (including other members of the multi-disciplinary team) and as well as their colleagues on a day to day basis. However, to enable them to do this, they need to be given the knowledge and skills to equip them to do their jobs.

Working alongside, Jenny she has a team of professionals who have many years of experience working within the health and social care sector. These include nurses (both paediatric and adult based), care managers and social workers. They have a range of experience including managing nursing homes, working as a sister / change nurse in nursing homes and hospitals, training within a hospital setting, working as a health visitor, working in paediatric intensive care at Great Ormond Street as well as school nursing.

They are all passionate about what they do, and all deliver bespoke training to organisations in engaging ways, and due to their level of experience deliver, not only from a knowledge perspective but also from an experiential perspective as well, so can relate theory to practice. All trainers and consultants have significant experience of developing and delivering bespoke services which are tailored to the client’s individual needs and are passionate about engaging, informing and empowering learners.

They all hold teaching qualifications, as well as nursing / health qualifications and due to this, can better impart knowledge, insight and experience to their learners, enabling them to ultimately enhance and improve the quality of care they provide.
