David Cozens is Regional Officer for the Royal College of Nursing (RCN), South East region, with specific responsibilities for South Hampshire.
The RCN is the voice of nursing across the UK and is the largest professional union of nursing staff in the world. The RCN promotes the interest of nurses, midwives, health care assistants and nursing students, and patients on a wide range of issues. It helps shape healthcare policy by working closely with the UK Government and other national and international institutions, trade unions, professional bodies and voluntary organisations.
The RCN is delighted to have a broad membership of nursing staff across the public, private and voluntary sectors, including many from the care and nursing home sectors.
The RCN South East region represents members across Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Jersey and Guernsey.
